During these 6 days we will train and educate you in all The Performance Retreats high performance secrets. We begin your 6 day program by having a full body life scan that will give us a clear picture of your physical and mental health and your strength and endurance performance level.

Before your stay at The Performance Retreat we will have you send us photos of your face, iris and tongue. The photos will be used to get a clear indication of what your health level is at the current moment.
A nutritious and delicious menu will be designed to fulfil your body’s needs, boost your immune system and give you everything you need to perform 100%.
The training will take place in the beautiful surroundings of The Performance Retreat just 10 minutes drive north of Palma city and in some of the most spectacular places Mallorca has to offer. The islands breathtaking nature will become part of your training and teaching of our secrets.

The 6 day full program will go from 09.30 am to 03.30 pm every day.
When you arrive at The Performance Retreat you will be checked in you own suite with full privacy and a lovely sun terrace*
Its important for your overall result, that you have a nice place to rest and have “Zen time” to recharge in between the intense sessions.
